He always made himself available to discuss with my daughter and myself the documents we needed to provide in order to get approval from a lender. And everything was communicated by email, texts and over the phone.
Dane offered to meet us in person but it wasn't necessary.
It was a long and involved process for financially-challenged folk to secure a loan but Dane patiently explained the details.
The loan was approved.
My daughter is happy to have a mortgage and be on her way to ownership of a property.
